Great crew & service. They gave me a car while mine was being repaired & they were happy for me to pay the difference for an upgrade so I could have a 4-door vehicle.
They were prompt & professional & the guy at the front - Adrian - had a lovely professional manner, not the usual grumpy/condescending macho bloke you often encounter in these settings.
I should also say that my insurance company covered 100% of the cost, so I cannot comment on their value.

I went here a few months ago having recently moved into the area & needing some TLC after an interstate move with two little kids and leaving all of our friends & family behind. Just thought I should set the scene.

The presentation of the place is lovely & really feels like a different world. I had waxing done and also a hydrobath (laying in a big long spa bath.

The lass who 'served' me was abrupt, and rather uncaring. Her technique I found sloppy (missed areas on the legs) in waxing.

Then we went onto the hydrobath which was my bit of relaxation I needed. In the blurb it said foot and head massage with the hydrobath. Well, the foot massage was just jets in the tub, and the girl asked if I really wanted the head massage, because she didn't really like them. The impression I got is that she would much rather be talking with her friends. She then said that she would just do 10 mins & see if I wanted more - not ideal, but she asked me & I said carry on. She left the room a while later and then popped back & said that it was time to get out & she'd meet me in the lobby.

Umm, so I got out, with jets still running & got plastered with water!! I wish she's told me to wait until the bloody thing stopped! So I laid back in there trying to relax after that. The thing stopped & I emerged totally bedraggled.
I didn't say anything to the girl afterwards, I just felt humiliated & as if it wouldn't matter anyway. She was just rather rude & I just wanted to get out of there.

Bottom line - nice place in the foyer, but doesn't carry on behind the doors.

On a monthly membership this place is great value & has become an integral part of our family.
We use the fitness classes, gym, pool, spa and children's swimming classes.
In all of our interactions with the staff here, they have been eager the help and courteous. The gym staff are very qualified - my gym instructor is currently at a postgrad level in the sport sciences - and there are no costs for programs being reviewed or updated.
The gym has a very different feel from most & is very community focused, which makes it much less intimidating if gyms really aren't your thing.
Highly recommend, although the coffee at the coffee shop is terrible (tandoori wraps are great though).

Fabulous activity for children. Age appropriate & also gets children used to following instructions and building on knowledge in a fun environment. They are also learning lots of musical terms & increasing their awareness of pitch, turn-taking, cooperation and beat.
It's a really interactive class & the teacher - Judy - at Vermont south (I believe she also teaches at ringwood) is amazing. She manages to get a class of children actually following her instructions and having fun.
It's certainly more pricey than I would like, but worth the money for now, as the class themes are embedded in our play at home too.

Thanks to the existence of WOMO is it certainly easier to settle into a new city a bit quicker. Hairdressing, cleaning, car repairs, all things I would rather not go through expensive & embarrassing trial and error. WOMO has made it easier to find my favourites in the new area straight away. It's become my homepage :)

Such an easy place to shop & good service. I have now bought 7 appliances through these people in two different states - perth and melbourne. In both places I have called & talked to people on the phone (who actually seem to know the appliances inside out!), I have done a price match with them & have asked lots of curly questions.
Their service is fast, and the goods always come on the day you select (which is awesome when you're rennovating!!). It is cheaper than the local 'big guns' too.
The delivery men have always been prompt and courteous & they also take away your old appliance! Bonus!
Will be using them every time in the future. :)

Great breakfast, FABULOUS weekend coffee, great service & kid friendly. We haven't been here during the week, but we know there is a different barista during the week, so we can only really comment on the weekend service.
If you have kids, they will bring over pencils and they have a whole folder of drawing pages & let our boys choose one!
They were also very helpful & mindful of allergies one of our boys had & were happy to adapt their service for this.
Will become a regular for us I'm sure! Oh, and they also have cosy blankets outside to keep you warm :)

I guess I'm really reviewing one agent, as that's the only experience we've had with this service. We've been looking for a house for ages & when an agent really wants to make things happen for you and the vendor & pulls out all the stops, well it's worth a review!
We had Lilliana Djakovic as our agent. Even after the contracts had been signed & exchanged, she has still be extremely helpful in all sort of things that we need help with. She returns phone calls, texts and emails very promptly and is professional & friendly & not your normal pushy agent. Lilliana has a real feel for peoples circumstances.

Wow!! Thank god for WOMO. I was so fortunate to stumble across WOMO searching for a hairdresser in the area I've just moved into.
Sandton rates highly here & for VERY good reason. It may look unassuming but their service is exemplary.
I had Janine. She asked me what I wanted - I don't really have a clue, I just want something that is effortless, low maintenance, as short as possible but can still be tied up. I have frizzy/curly hair and just don't want it to look boofy. Guess what? I actaully got my wish!! i think Janine is my fairy godmother of hairdressing, and she made it look so effortless. I seriously have the best haircut I've ever had.
You can keep your Toni & Guy, & other fancy places. I'm sticking with Sandton!
