I am very happy with the work of Greg as he ran a drain camera down a stormwater drain to locate a pipe running down the side of the house and installed a connector for the new down pipe. I found Greg to be very professional and responsive to emails and calls. He was patient in explaining the cause of the problem. I sent out a job request via One Flare two days before the end of 2016 for emergency gutter cleaning due to recent downpour and Jesse responded. Jesse came out the following day, on new years eve, and did a terrific job in cleaning the gutters. Jesse took before and after pics to show that the gutters have been cleared. Jesse tells me he is updating the website to include gutter cleaning. I am getting him back to clean the cobwebs on my verandah and the windows. Highly recommend this service.

I was looking for a repairer to glue the inner glass door that came off the oven door. When an appointment was made, I was told the repairer would arrive between 10:30- 12:30. He came at 11:30 am. He knew immediately how to fit the problem; he also replace the oven light buib. He was in and out in 15 min. It was good to get an oven repair specialist as he had most of the parts in his van.

George and his team transformed our gravel and weed filled small garden into a beautiful, livable and usable space. George recommended a rustic look and feel for the garden with the use of recycled timber and crazy pavers. We also requested a pergola and installation of rain water tank. Team of 4 arrived on time daily and were very professional. George kept me up to date with progress of their work. George is featured in Bulleen Art and Garden Supplies and provide lectures there.

On booking the appointment, an email is sent to me confirming the appointment, and on the day of the appointment a call is made to me to confirm the time slot that repairer would arrive.
