This review is for British India, Adelaide SA

I recently went to the Thali Room (part of British India) and it was such an enjoyable experience. The decor is a fusion of old and new, and slightly quirky. The Thali is a tasting plate and it is certainly worth it's $22. You get a generous portion of rice, with naan, the main curry of your choice, along with veg curry, daal, and chicken tikka. Make sure you are super hungry because it's very filling. The staff are friendly and prompt and the restaurant is clean and well presented. There are a couple of little corner tables where you could tuck away a bit if you want a bit more privacy. I recommend the Fish Thali. Delicious!

This review is for Endota Day Spa, Adelaide SA

A truly wonderful experience. I went to Endota Day Spa recently and the whole experience from when I phoned to make the booking to the time I stepped out after my treatments was 5 star.
When I made the booking I wanted to add on a treatment and the staff member was very helpful - listening to my needs - and then suggesting treatments accordingly. Staff are professional, friendly, kind, and courteous. There is no snobbery that you sometimes find in spas or beauty places.
The spa itself is beautifully decorated with subtle lighting and the fragrance of their gorgeous body care products. Downstairs, there is a relaxing area with couches, soft lighting and tea and water refreshments.
The treatment rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and the therapist took care to make sure the room temperature was appropriate and comfortable.
The treatment itself was absolutely heavenly. I have been for a lot of massages over the years, and this was the best yet - absolutely heavenly. Before the treatment, the therapists take care to know what pressure you want, where to focus on, and whether you like minimal or more talking during your treatment. I really appreciated that.
After your treatment you can sit in the lounge area and sip water or tea as you come down to earth after the amazing pampering.
Prices are slightly more than other spas, but well worth it.
Thank you Endota Spa!

This review is for Cafe Komodo, Prospect SA

I went to cafe Komodo recently for the first time. It's really quirky. The entrance to the cafe is a great introduction as you have to walk down a little pathway with character. It's a very spacious cafe, with plenty of windows and open doors, cozy corners and another lounge area out the back. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Coffee prices are standard. Good experience.

This review is for Vintage Cellars, Adelaide SA

It is always an enjoyable experience shopping at Vintage Cellars on Hutt Street. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their products and always helpful when I want to choose a specific type of wine or try something new. The store is very tidy and clean, good lighting, and set out well. The wine selection is excellent - it's not a huge range as compared to other larger liquour stores, but a good international sectional and seemingly care and attention has been put in to the variety of stock.
If you are going to a party, or want a lovely dinner wine, or a special gift, I recommend this store. Wine prices usually start around $14.

This review is for Coco's Fruit and Vegetables, Adelaide SA

There are so many stalls at the Adelaide Central Market and I love going to Coco's. The range of fruit and veggies is huge and everything is consistently fresh and well chosen. The staff are warm and friendly - the whole family works there! - and the owner Kim Lak is passionate about choosing the best produce for his stall. Prices are on par with other stalls and it is an enjoyable experience every time.

This review is for Eros Cafe, Adelaide SA

I have been to Eros Kafe 3 times over the last 3 weeks and have thoroughly enjoyed each experience. The food is delicious and beautifully presented and they have an excellent selection. Breakfast is a treat - I recommend the feta and mushroom omelette and the Greek style yoghurt. Dinner - a feast for the eyes and taste buds, Meze portions are perfect for sharing, with plenty of variety. Menu is a bit pricey compared to a standard cafe, but well worth it. The staff are consistently friendly, prompt. and attentive. Perfect for breakfast or dinner!

This review is for Palace Nova, Adelaide SA

I love going to the movies here! And what better place than in the centre of town right next to loads of cafes and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Movie choices are excellent. The Palace shows new releases, art house, and foreign films. It has so much character and the lighting is excellent - dim, but not so dim you can't see where you're walking. There's an excellent selection of drinks and nibbles and you can even enjoy a cheeky champagne - while watching a movie. Tickets are very reasonably priced (especially compared to fluorescent lit, no character movie theatres in shopping malls which shall remain nameless). Also, it's well worth becoming a member. Tickets are cheaper and there are opportunities for advanced screenings as members, and competitions. Whenever I think moves in Adelaide, I think the Palace.

This review is for Kishi Sushi, Adelaide SA

verified email - 07 Jan 2014

I went to Kishi Sushi tonight. The salmon sashimi was melt in your mouth delicious. All ingredients were fresh. They serve alcohol there now so I was able to enjoy a cold Japanese beer with the meal. The new manager is very friendly, professional and personable. Plate prices were reasonable (between $3 - $7.50) Restaurant is very clean and everything well presented. Would be great to see opening hours extended at night for those who dine later.
Excellent experience. Recommend +++.

This review is for Lily Skin Body Lifestyle, Malvern SA

I recently went to Lily for a treatment and it was a 5 star experience. Beautiful ambiance. Great range of products. The beauty therapist who did my treatment was very well presented, professional, personable, and excellent at her job. I was very pleased with my treatment. Price was on par with other beauty salons close by (i.e. further down Unley road and King William Rd).
Overall, a very relaxing, enjoyable experience and I left feeling pampered and pretty!

This review is for NAB Customer Service, Sydney NSW

verified email - 26 Apr 2013

I am continuously impressed by the customer service I receive from NAB. Recently I rang customer support to speak about a new product. The service I received was of an excellent standard - the banker was courteous. extremely helpful, offered practical advice, and was caring and very patient. I finished the conversation with a smile on my face - feeling understood, helped and excited at the potential of the new product. There can be delays in phone waiting times if you don't have telephone banking set up, which can be a bit tedious, however, customer support are always very happy to call back.
I am a very happy banking customer!
