I used to come here regularly with my family. There food was always good but the never have enough staff on for the amount of customers. We were always waiting for our food for at least 2 hours. The main reason we kept going is because it was close to my parents house. Last night we had an awful experience there. 7 people on the table received their meals and 1 person was left waiting for a fish dish. 3 people had a chicken dish and the chicken was overcooked and dry. 1 person was supposed to receive a main size pasta but it was the same size as an entree pasta someone else had ordered. The last person was still waiting for her fish dish when we had all finished our meals with no apology from the staff. When she finally received it she told the waiter she was not happy about receiving it after everyone had finished and he scowled and took the meal back to the kitchen without saying anything. Also during the time we were waiting for her meal another table walked out before they received their meals because of the bad service and wait time. we were trying to tell the owners we were unhappy with the service and they were swearing at us and telling us we were the only people who ever complained- even though another table had walked out that night. In the end we paid for everything besides the fish and have decided never to go back again! We do not recommend going here, you will be wasting your time and money. The owners have no concept of customer service, there was only one young waitress who was apologetic about the whole situation, and it wasn't even her fault. I hope you find this review helpful.

Was closed and changing to Red Peppa when i went, which annoyed me because I had an entertainment voucher and they would only let us get half price off one main meal instead of one free.

Food was really nice, a bit pricey, service fairly good. May not go back because of the price, but if you are willing to pay the food is nice.

I ordered a steak, and was way undercooked, but the chef (owner as well i'm guessing) came out and apoligized. They have us a free drink. So good customer service in that respect. The rest of the food was really nice. Would probably go again, maybe not get the steak as a, sick of no one knowing how to cook a Medium/Well Steak. (Not just this place, most restaurants I go to)

Was very disappointed.... Everywhere I seem to go in Ballarat, they cannot cook a Medium/Well Steak. So being called the Ballarat Steakhouse, I thought I might be in luck, but no such chance. They had to put my steak back on the grill, as there was blood coming out of it. Would not go back!

Have been going here for years, has great service and I love the fact they get the waxing done so quickly, with minimal pain but great results! Prices are a bit in the higher range though, but I think its worth paying for a good wax!

I had a relaxation massage and it was fantastic. Was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I think they are very good value compared to most massage places.

Anthony made my kitchen for my new house. I would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone wanting a new kitchen or custom made furniture (have seen some of his work at the Clay Fire Gallery). Our kitchen looks fantastic, definitely get more for your money than using those big kitchen companies.

Definitely the cheapest DJ I could find in Ballarat, and he includes everything in his package. I hired Matt for my engagement party and asked him to play a mix of music, including Top 40 and he was brilliant. He really interacted with my guests and played the songs they requested. Couldn't recommend him high enough!
