There are a lot of ingredients that go into a quality and beneficial remedial massage treatment and program and if they aren't there, I am just not inclined to go back. Sam has been treating me for over six months now, so the ingredients are most definitely there. Sam is very knowledgeable and approaches a treatment on many levels, taking into account what she 'reads' from me when I walk in the room as well as what I tell her. This results in the most beneficial help that can be given for that day, and the benefits are felt on levels other than purely muscular relief. Sam is also willing to discuss her treatment with me on an intellectual level which I appreciate and get a lot of value from. I fully intend to continue treatments with Sam on a regular basis and would not hesitate to recommend her.
