After the passing of our cat, our vet referred us to Pearly Mates. They collected the cat, advised us when she was "in their care" and also when she was ready to be returned to us. She was back with us within 5 days of her passing, delivered home by a lovely man.
The whole experience, whilst very sad, was made easier by this great team who appear to genuinely care.
We received our cat back in a lovely tin (they have many beautiful timber boxes to choose from if you prefer) with a stat dec saying that the ashes were all of her, and her alone.

This is the place to come if your regular GP is closed or booked out, I wouldnt suggest it become your family doctor!
The doctors are good, nice and friendly and you get what you need, but there is no "relationship" so to speak.
More a place to get a prescription.
They have this bizarre medicare system where you sign a paper claim form and then the cheque gets mailed to you and you have to get it back to the clinic.
There is a $20 out of pocket / upfront payment on the weekends and public holidays and $10 all other times.
Usually can get an appointment quickly.

Dr. Jenny Gregor was assigned to us at the birth of our baby. She was a delight from the moment we met her, so caring and reassuring. She detected a few concerns with our baby's health, but was so professional and reassuring at all times. She arranged tests and followed up with us so we knew what was happening at all times.
She told us to call or email her at any time, we didn't need to but was so nice to know that support was there.
Fantastic, young and vibrant doctor - really like chatting with a good (knowledgable) friend rather than a specialist.

Great meeting place, food and coffee are really good and reasonably priced. Service by wait staff is below par, they are not expecially friendly and we felt like an inconvenience.
I would go back because the food was good, but with the expectation that the service is poor!

Thought we would try out this new cafe and it was quite nice.
Has seating inside the shop and within the mall area.
It is a bit dearer than others (and you have to pay 80 cents extra for decaf coffee in this day and age!) and the serving sizes are a little below average but it was pleasant enough.
Service was slow and awkward but they had only recently opened and I think they will find their feet soon enough. I'll go back.

My son and his cousins had a great time here in the school holidays - book early (like months) in advance for the school holidays and then arrive early because parking is a nightmare in this residential street.
It's really well supervised - some staff are more diligent than others - but overall I was impressed.
You only get an hour which is really enough but you can spend a bit of time queuing up for the different activities.
Great coffee, lots of seating for supervising adults but the music is a bit loud for us oldies :)

We had a large pergola replaced by this group. They did absolutely everything from turning up on time, arranging the permits and the other trades (plumber, sparky etc). They completed it faster than anticipated and their attention to detail and quality is second to none.
My only complaint is that I think there were too many fingers in the pie and information didnt filter down to the people who really needed it - the guys building the thing! We were quoted, then a "foreman" came out and took photos to show the builders which we thought was great because there were a couple of idiosyncracies with the house connection - but the builders who turned up never saw these and spent hours figuring out how to do it!
Overall, we are rapt with the quality, service and guarantees...you get what you pay for.

We stumbled upon this place and nearly overlooked it because it has a funny frontage.
It is a modern and relaxed pub style club with sensational beach views...we watched dolphins! Lots of shade.
Food was good and priced reasonably. Fairly basic service made up for by the view.
You'll get a decent feed here :)

I had a lovely massage and pedicure here as well as some waxing. Beautiful environment, caring and respectful beauticians and quality products. However, my nail polish peeled off after less than a week.
They are heavily booked so best book in advance.
I was pleased that they don't do the hard sell on their products.

This is a hidden gem, tucked right at the back of the nursery. It's run by lovely ladies and feels a bit like you're having afternoon tea on Nanna's patio.
Good value, homestyle fare at good prices.
Children are welcomed too and not frowned upon when they run around.
