Very poor customer service - takes over a month to receive a refund and if you exchange your item once for a different size it can not be exchanged back for the original size either.

Rupa always does a wonderful job of my lashes - I can not fault her!! They look amazing every time I see her and she always takes the time to find out exactly how I would like them to look.
