So long as you aren't the sort of patron that expects to be fawned over, you'll have a brilliant time here. The food is always great and served quickly, and the prices are certainly fantastic. No hovering over your table here, you just get left to eat a delicious meal in peace! Fantastic!

A regular for an occasional lunch or breakfast out, the food is consistently good but the staff are a little.. quirky.. not the stock standard sort and sometimes you just need to take them with a grain of salt, but overall not a bad place to visit

One of my favourite shops in the city, I always make special trips on my lunch or after work - staff are always so friendly and helpful and their range is extensive! Extra cudos for bringing in their own brand of yarn that is high quality and reasonably priced!

I have been to Wow Nails a couple of times now and seen 2 different staff members when there and they have both been fantastic! I have had gel nails done and they are so exacting and precise, they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect and even stay back past closing time rather than rushing the job. I love going in there!

This afternoon I went in to Hollywood Nails store at Dandenong Plaza (05/02/2012) to get a manicure and pedicure.
The girl who actually performed my pedicure was so rude and hostile she made me feel guilty for being there. She had a look of irritation on her face the entire time and was so impolite that I decided to forget the manicure and get it done somewhere else. She rushed everything to make sure I left as fast as possible and didn't even bother completing the full spa pedicure, my feet are the same as when I walked in. I even offered to finish the job myself because I was so unsatisfied with her rushed and unprofessional attempt. When I tried to explain this to another staff member she either didn't understand or didn't care because she simply took my money and walked off. I have never had such a disgusting customer service experience and I hope they address the very very poor standards at this store with the staff that run it as they are surely turning a lot of people off ever visiting any of there stores again.
