Purchased my computer from these guys and also had them build it for me. They helped walk me through which parts would suit the budget best and the build quality is fantastic, very clean. Staff are friendly. It's an atmosphere you really don't get at other computer stores. Recommended.

Nandos is a great fast food chain, so when I moved to Somerville I made sure to check out my new local one.

The food was great (as I've come to expect from Nandos), the staff are very friendly and even remember my name. I visit semi-regularly, but definitely not enough to expect that, which is incredibly nice to see.

I find that this Nandos in particular is quite a bit faster with the cooking and serving of the meals. Out of all the times I've been, they've only taken what I would call "a long time" once, and they apologized profusely for making me wait upon bringing out the food (and I never commented or brought it up with them -- they took it upon themselves to acknowledge it). I found this refreshing, as good customer service truly does keep me coming back.

My mates and I were looking for a new place to get together and play some games overnight (A lot of these places allow you to hire the building for the night, lock it down for 12 hours overnight and let you play all the games you want) since our last place unfortunately closed, we decided to give this place a chance.

I booked it well in advance with a credit card deposit, told the owner which games we would be playing, which he confirmed was all right.

A few weeks later my mates and I all rock up ready to play some games on the night of our booking. Here's where the negatives start flying in:

-Those games that I made sure they had (and even still have confirmation e-mails from the owner as proof)? Yeah, they didn't have the majority of them, and only had ONE copy of the "main" game we were going to play all night (Modern Warfare 2, shortly after its release).
-Their OS and Steam accounts are set up extremely poorly. When we were done on one game, their employee on duty had to come around to our computers, one... by... one... and change accounts around. Why not just have one account per computer with multiple games? Poor.
-When I called the owner to complain, he acted as if nothing was wrong, said I was lying about the aforementioned e-mails, and basically abused me for 'disrupting his night off'.

The only reason I gave Quality two stars as opposed to one, is because we ended up staying anyway and playing other (albeit outdated) games instead, and still had an enjoyable time, no thanks to the atrocious management.

The only reason I gave Service two stars instead of one, is because while the owner was incredibly rude and the actual service itself was terrible at best, he had hired an employee who was very understanding and sympathetic which softened the blow a little.

Value would have gotten four stars or so, the prices were reasonable. This is of course assuming we had gotten what we had paid for, which we didn't. This warrants an instant one-star rating.

Overall, it was a shocking experience. None of the players in my group will ever use this business again or anything with the "1frog" label attached to it. To be fair this all went down in early 2010, so they might have improved since -- but they honestly do not deserve a second chance from me, so I guess I'll never know.

I've been there three times now and I am continuously blown away every single time. It's ever-so-slightly on the expensive side but the food is simply unbeatable -- I would definitely deem it worth the money.
Second to none, I promise you. Staff are friendly, atmosphere is nice, it's never crowded but never empty. There are a few nice little touches too -- complimentary mints after your meal being something that stood out for me.

I've always left satisfied, and I've since recommended it to friends who have really enjoyed it too. This is one of the only restaurants I'll drive upwards of 30 minutes to get to.
