its a pleasure visiting this shop. The wait for yiour order can sometimes be long, but when its ready an apology is always offered. fOOD IS SO SO, BUT THE COFFEE IS WONDERFUL OFFERING DISCOUNTS TO SENIORS IS A BONUS.

I have bought different gifts here, the service is great and friendly. I have also purchased tickets through the booking agency and I find the staff go the extra yard to get the better positioned tickets.

Not a great variety but quality is ensured. Staff greet and meet and are very helpful. They freely offer their opinion and are for the most part trueful and suggest a different style if things make your bum look big.

The quality of the product offered at most of the shops is fine and comparable to other outlets. The people involved with the stalls are usually good, the problem is with the market itself. Parking is a problem and has been since the Centrelink office opened nearby. The parking meters hekp keep all day parkers forom the station away, but it annoys me to see people from centrelink come and move their cars so they dont have to pay to park and remain within the free time. The ground in and around the market has unsafe spots where people including me have tripped. the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. management is aware of the complains and say... "they cannot do anything"

Friendly service coupled with fresh, cheapest prices makes this an enjoyable experience. The Fruit and vegies are of the highest quality and cheaper than the supoermarkets

The service leaves a lot to be desired. The majority of check out staff is reasonable when of course they are not talking to friends in the queue behind. Management is "so what" I returned a chicken when it was discovered to be fly blown, the attitude of the management made me feel as though I had done something wrong. I went there last night approx 9pm and there were no checkouts open only self serve, which I refuse to use, due to the fact I am saving a job when I go to the checkouts. Personal service is what I expect as I am paying for it, nit rudeness and indifference.

My experience has been great, a phone call when my alarm was triggered and a call out by a guard hampered an attempt to burgle my home.

The customer service is great, you feel pampered and valued. A coffee is offered with any colour/perms etc. When a no thanks is offered when a product if offered for sale, they accept it and thats the finish of that conversation.

The finished product was wonderful but the wait to order was not worth the effort. The customer service was disappointing due to the staff talking to known customers. Their disinterest in me will ensure I look elsewhere next time a special cake is required.
