I'm sure you've heard it all before but I wouldn't spend my time writing this review if I didn't believe it to be true!!!

2 ½ years ago I walked into Vision Brighton PT studio a very unfit & very overweight women. I had a very “busy” life…too busy to exercise.

My main motivation for trying these guys out was because I'd booked a holiday and wondered how I was going to enjoy my 31 day tour getting on and off a bus, visiting tourist destinations all day and going out at night, when I could barely walk around a shopping centre for 2hrs without needing to sit and recover as well as having to put my feet up for hours once I got home because I would be exhausted.
I also dreaded the thought of the 24hr flight, the tiny seats and having to ask for a seat belt extension as the regular seat belts weren't long enough.

That was the day my life changed I am now slimmer, much healthier and much fitter than I could have ever imagined!!!
I've ticked things off my “bucket list” ie: I always wanted to skydive but had resolved myself to the fact that It may never happen as there are weight restrictions, in May this year I went sky diving.
I added things to my “bucket list”, like triathlons and fun runs that I never would have imagined I would ever achieve and have set myself a new goal of running a marathon!!!

None of this would have been possible without the support of crew at Vision Brighton. Vision Brighton is one of the most supportive, most friendly PT studios you will ever come across.
It has a very unique culture where both clients and trainers have a great time achieving amazing results together and clients share in the great achievements that their mates.

Would I recommend Vision Brighton “hell yeah” and not just because of the results I have achieved but because of what I have learnt and the great mates I have made along the way.
I also believe in the team at Vision Brighton they can help change the life of anyone who wants their life to change.

They certainly have given me a brand new lease on life!!!
