I had Doug out recently to steam clean my carpets as I noticed a darker patch where I place my feet in front of the couch. Doug arrived on time, was very friendly and happily moved my furniture around at no extra charge. I'm sure I'll be calling GreenGlove carpet cleaning again if the need arises.
