I attended my first ever aqua aerobics class as a 30-week pregnant women. Aqua natal was fun and I definitely worked out You can apparently attend the classes until you give birth, as many women do. You do need a medical certificate from your doctors stating you a fit for exercise.

Belly fit is a pre-natal pregnancy fitness class (using gym equipment). I attend my first session last week and as I was the only one, I received a 1:1 personal training session. You will need to bring a clearance certificate from your doctors. At 30 weeks, I was fine and enjoyed the low impact circuit style instruction. Prob the cheapest PT session I've ever attended.

After a 1:1 physio consultation I have begun reformer classes at 30 weeks. Enjoyable, professional and you get a work out. All classes are run by physiotherapists and claimable via your private insurance.

We take our son to the toddler class on a Saturday morning, who finds the lessons more engaging than when we attend MSAC lessons. It is a busy pool and leisure centre so get there early, although there are ample parking spots, it can take 10 mins to find a spot in busy times.

With little choice on the concourse, the Ginger Cafe is busy. However with the refurb now complete I don't believe it has improved the service and experience. A good option for locals.

Very quick service, very friendly and reasonably priced for the area. Same day drop off / pick up if before 7am.

Not in a rush to complete the restoration of our damaged table. Provided additional advice and friendly service.

Recommended from a friend, I was very pleased when our diaries aligned and Chloe was willing to travel further than normal. Chloe was friendly, professional and provided my first clinical pedicure that I am very pleased with the results of the La pedicure de Luxe:

Increase your well being feeling with a citrus and verbena exfoliant, and a shea butter foot mask. Your skin will be deeply hydrate which will slow down dead skin apparition and increase treatment effects. (This treatment includes a Pedicure à la Francaise).

With limited choices in Beaumaris area for good food and coffee, The Parlor was a good neighbourhood find. Very friendly service and good breakfast/brunch choices. Thankfully we now have a new local.

After attending for the past 6 weeks, the class routine hasn't altered, which is good for repetition however my understanding was that it would alter on alternative weeks. That said, my child loves to go and the teacher is very engaging and for that we will contine to go.
