I've ordered the trial pack, cell soother, nourishing cream and msm powder. The trial pack is good value at $15 for several of their products (trial size). It will be good for travel. I've read good reviews about what msm can do for troubled skin, as well as joint problems. Their products contain a fair amount of it so it will be potent.
As stated below, this is an average newsagency with standard prices. They stock most magazines, and all stationary you need if ever you have an emergency. However, I would prefer to buy stationary from either Kmart or Officeworks. Magazines are fine to buy from here because they are the same price everywhere.
This is a small post shop in UNSW near the Matthews Arcade. Depending on who is serving you, the staff can be friendly or a bit less friendly. Today I asked if I could get a pack of stamps, and the girl (probably a student herself) said, "No...I don't think so". It wasn't very helpful. She did tell me the cost of posting a letter overseas but didn't let me know if I could buy more stamps from the shop. Anyway, I know what to do now, but it was a bit strange, her response to my question.
This cafe has a few vegan options, salads, wraps and pastas. They sometimes change menu from day to day, but there's always something I can eat here that is healthy. I've had roasted vegetables with rice before, and it is delicious. You can choose to take away or eat there. It's a nice atmosphere to eat in.
They have healthy and tasty food here. I bought a salad with lettuce, and you can add your own ingredients, from a wide selection. I like the beans, pumpkin and other vegetable toppings
Approximate cost: $8
I had curry vegetables/potato with rice. It's probably not the healthiest thing to eat because who knows what the oil content is, but it was tasty.
Approximate cost: $8
I like the fresh vege spring rolls that they make here. Last time I went, it was $5 for a pack of 3 rolls, which I think is good value. They have noodle soups and sandwich rolls as well.
Approximate cost: $5
I regularly buy sushi rolls from here for lunch when I go to UNSW. They cost $2.50 per roll, which is not the cheapest, but it's not as expensive as some. I like how they have vegan options, such as the carrot and avocado roll, and the tofu roll.
Approximate cost: $2.50
Typo has nice designs in their stationary, and I find them to be cheaper than Kikki K for similar quality. Their shop is nice to browse in, and they occasionally have sales on certain items. Their notebooks are pretty and good quality.
I was surprised to find a Chanel in the Westfield Shopping centre in Bondi Junction. I love Chanel's Diorshow Mascara. They also have very pretty eye palettes. If you wear make up a lot, and want good quality, then this brand is excellent.
