I came here 2 weeks ago with a friend from the US. It was relaly great being able to touch many of the animals, including wallabies, kangaroo, emu, goats, sheep, cows and getting up close to many other ones. Spend about 2 hours here. Kids will enjoy this place.
I bought from their online store a couple of nights ago. They send emails updating you on the status of your order, including when they deliver it (free delivery). My item was heavily discounted, and luckily it was the only one left in my size. I received over 50% off the original price because there was a further 25% discount on sale items. I would buy from them again.
Approximate cost: $15
This website is best used for uploading photos to share with your friends, and is easier than emailing. Also when you are part of a group, you can keep updated with each other. Events are also made a bit easier because you can easily invite people and respond quickly to invites.
I went here lat night with friends. I ordered a stir fry tofu with vegetable noodles. They were tasty, but it looked like there was too much gravy, and I would have preferred it to be less salty. The regular price for this dish is $12, but last night they had a grand opening special discount of 20 % off so I paid $9.60 for it.
This shop has a lot of variety of party and souvenir products at a reasonable price. A few of the souvenir items we saw cheaper at Paddy's Market in the city. However, we bought a pack of 6 shot glasses for $6, which was a good deal.
I came here for Yum Cha today. There is a lot of variety and the food is all delicious. However, it'd be nice if the leafy green vegetables were not soaked in so much soy sauce. The place is also very busy during the weekend, so be prepared to wait for a seat unless you arrive early for lunch.
I had a 2 scoop for 1 voucher. 1 scoop is $5 and 2 scoops are $6.80. I bought 3 scoops and the person at the counter said it came to $10. I think it was a rip off because they should have charged $6.80, with the 1 scoop being free. Instead they charged 2 X $5. We may as well have gotten 3 scoops for less than $8 without the voucher. It was very silly of the lady to charge us that much. At Darling Harbour we didn't have the same experience.
I bought a mango sorbet from here and my friend got a lychee srbet and a pistacchio gelato. We use a voucher 2 for 1 scoop so it came to $6.80 altogether. I like how their sorbets are 100% fat free and dairy free. The mango sorbet was delicious.
This was a very peaceful place to come. It was a relaxed atmosphere. We had tea and cheesecake and it was just a place you didn't want to leave too soon. There were koi in the lake too, but it would have been nicer to have more of them in the lake to make it prettier.
The price was $18.50 per adult ticket for regular seats, which is very expensive to see a movie. However, the cinema was clean and the day we went to see the movie, there weren't too many people in the cinema.
