I go to this restuarant reguarly. The staff are friendly and keen to assist you.
Excellent food. One waitress in particular tries to coerce you into ordering desserts and drinks which I find a little annoying.

My phone stopped working. Sent it off to be fixed (under warantee) and was told I would received a call when it was fixed.
Received no such call. Called after almost 3 weeks and was told it was in store ready to collect. When I got it back I saw that it had been ready for collect 2 days after I dropped it off. NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME. Unfriendly staff, have better things to do than serve customers it seems.

I have had a few of my piercings done here and it is a clean, sterile and friendly parlour. Norm is lovely and makes you feel very comfortable. He is patient and doesn't rush you in and out.

Staff are friendly and service is quick.

Food is wonderfully delicious.
Staff could be a little friendlier but I guess that attitude comes from working with rude customers as I witnessed on my last visit.

Walked into the salon and was greeted by 3 young girls laughing and playing with their phones.
Sat and waited for my appointment for around 10 minutes even though I arrived on time and the girls weren't busy.
Got taken into waxing room and during it I could hear the other two employees laughing and running around.
The girl seeing me seemed more interested in joining in the fun at reception.

My waxing grew out after a week which indicated the hair was not removed from the root, just ripped out at skin level.
Will NOT be returning.
