Rewards are generous, but the sign up process to complete offers is very tedious. Some companies ask for too much information, and at times Fat Cat Rewards doesn't actually credit your account with the money you thought you would be getting. The process is just too long to be worth your time.

Had a great experience at this restaurant for my birthday this year. Service was wonderful. The waiters were very attentive and friendly. The doorman was quite rude to us however, which I found puzzling. We approached him to tell him the name our booking was under and he pretended he couldn't hear a thing we'd said. But that aside, the atmosphere was great, the view was lovely and the food was fantastic. It's fine dining indeed.

These guys are unbelievably good. Value for money would be an understatement. Retailers would charge $50 a book and these guys would charge $7. They're making less profit, but still a substantial profit nonetheless, without totally ripping their customers off. Service is good too, and they don't have plastic bags! So awesome, would definitely recommend. I could stay there for hours on end.

Officeworks is usually very good with value for money and quality products. But I recently visited this Alexandria one (not my local one) to get some printing and binding done for a uni project. The price was reasonable, but the printer had run out of ink and the sales person refused to print another copy for me, so I was forced to take away this sub-standard project. I was really unhappy with that service, needless to say.

We come here quite often for dinner. Recently, their management swapped over so the menu changed completely and it's not as good as before. Often the food would come out microwaved and pre-prepared, which I'm definitely not happy with. It's a little bit pricey, but it's alright. The service is decent and it's not TOO long to wait for the food.

These guys are my regular optometrist. They are very helpful and very supportive. They try to accommodate whatever my needs are, and they're efficient in their service. I ordered some glasses and contact lenses off them quite a few times and I'm very happy with them.

I love this shop so much! Their cheesecakes are absolutely amazing. I have always loved cheesecake, but these ones are definitley the best. Value for money also, and the service is not too bad at all. Definitely recommended.

We come here all the time for dinner. Recently, one of the staff was very friendly towards us. Usually the lines are very long and stretch out the door, but it was quiet on this particular day, and we were seated quickly. The food was fresh and of great quality. Desserts were disappointing, but otherwise their meals are good.

I go to Australia Post all the time, to post off parcels and collect parcels. Usually, the staff are very friendly and the service is quick and efficient. It's a very enjoyable experience.
