Very big store with great range of products. Service is good but sometimes it is hard to get to a customer service rep. They should have more people working at the upstairs service desk, as you can spend some time there waiting - but there are quite a few around the store if you have questions.

Good selection of perfumes, you can also find ones that you can't find any longer in department stores - I think they do offer a service where you can order a particular perfume, but not sure if they still do. Very small shop and a lot of the accessories are over the top - I'd use it mostly for the selection of perfumes. Staff knowledgeable, but not always friendly if you want to browse.

Nice medium sized Chinese food place. Good atmosphere with posters of Deng up on the walls! Big selection of Chinese dishes, and service is fast - and you can see they are trying their best when it is really busy as it does sometimes get - can be a little cramped if you have a large group, but I believe they do have a function room upstairs. Delicious and won't break the bank.

There is a lot of variety of products in this store, however it isn't set out in a very good way. I find that the staff can be less than friendly at times, however when they are good you'll find they have a lot of knowledge and will help you find what's best for you.

Quite a few different "hand-made" products for the face and body. Nice bath products, though some may not be comfortable using products that don't have the "high end" product look on the face-but body products are fine and I've enjoyed some facial scrubs and masks.
The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Some soaps are a little on the pricey side, but overall the prices are not unreasonable.

Large variety of different items - clothes, shoes, home wares, cosmetics, electronic goods - from TV to toasters, chocolates and lollies. Clothes have become more fashionable and are reasonably priced. Can sometimes be hard to find staff for help but it is a large store so it is understandable.

Plenty of products, pharmacists are really friendly and helpful - not a bad pharmacy all round.
The staff are also helpful and ready to come to your aid - no waiting around even though the place can get busy!

Large pharmacy with quite a selection of different products for all types of health problems.
Staff are friendly enough and it has good opening hours in case you have to get to the pharmacy and it's a little late or a Sunday

Good variety of office supplies and stationary. Also has printing services for paper and photos and other business related services. Good customer service with staff that can direct you to just what you need and give pretty good advice when you're trying to decide what's best for you
