I purchased a Shaver as a Fathers Day gift. It was for a person who prefers the old fashioned razor and this would be just for in between times. I thought this would be a good product as it was called close & easy and as it was on sale I thought it was a bargain. However after one use, for much less than five minutes it was evident it was anything but. I returned it to the Shaver shop for a refund, as it is not in my local area I did not wish to receive a credit and also the person who the gift was for preferred to choose his own, however I could not get a refund as the shaver had been used. How are you supposed to determine if the product works as claimed if you don't use it? Surely they wouldn't try to sell it again? I'm sure the manufacturer would credit them. Thanks goodness we have consumer affairs

This is the only one of their stores I've seen, it's not very big, but it has a good range of men and woman's grooming products - shavers and depilatory products for women - also a fairly good range of electric toothbrushes from the cheaper to the more "high tech" also some other products which help with these sorts of grooming areas. Staff know their products, but maybe I just caught one on a bad day!
