Hours late. Made a big hole in the door and never came back to fix it. Promised a refund. Over 12 months later and not received! Emails, texts and calls ignored. Do not trust!

Like their range of products but their hair work is hit and miss due to the hairdresser. I recommend researching before booking!

Really love the variety of Healthy food that actually tastes AMAZING! They get extremely busy at lunch times, so be patient with the girls, who sometimes seem to be understaffed!

Helpful when I phoned to enquire, I haven't been inside but parking outside can be difficult. Nice food and cafe's around and was dealt with very professionally with all questions answered.

Good to check availability online and also check pricing online as EB can sometimes be more expensive,a though in saying that their staff are helpful and very up to date!

This really is a magical place for little ones, it's an escape and a fantasy world - even worth a visit for the experience!!

This was such a great place!! The zoo itself is really good value. If you go during Vic school holidays or weekends, kids are free.

Took us approx 3 hrs to see everything at the zoo, including the safari bus tour. We didn't go around the walking trails through.

We would definitely go again to go through the trails and see more!
