Tasty food and great lunch specials. Theres a female staff member who is always friendly, the male staff member can be a bit abrupt and you always have to ask him for the drink that goes with the lunch special. But not too bad.
Friendly service, great food at a great price. A great addition to the area. There was a definite market for something like this and this has nailed it.
Extremely bad service. Would not honor the sale price of an item advertised on the website.
The website had a link to the stores participating in the offer, Mornington were clearly listed, however the staff member insisted they were not- there was no small print on the listing or anything that exempted the Mornington store. The staff member was dismissive and rude. Will never go back, will give my money to more derserving buisinesses
Can be a bit on the expensive side, but good food and big servings. Generally the service is good. Staff are always friendly, but sometimes can be a bit of a wait to order. After ordering, the food usually arrives within good time.

Have been attending this clinic for over 25 years (since I was a child) Recently have changed to another bulkbilling clinic for a few reasons. 1. The waiting time was getting longer and longer, most of the time at least 30 mins past my appointment time, but often as much as 45-50 mins, not what you want to be doing when you're unwell. 2. A month after having a blood test arranged by a specialist (and a copy of the results being sent to this clinic) i got a phone call from them to follow up on my abnormal results.... a month could have been life or death with my condition. 3. They put me on a medication without asking any questions about plans to conceive, I later found out from another doctor that said medication is extremely dangerous to unborn child if you are to fall pregnant, an alternative should have been offered. 4. I was out of pocket for visits and was a bit fed up with paying and not being 100% happy. Majority of the doctors are lovely and the rooms are all clean and tidy, I was a bit sad to leave after such a long time however just feel I receive better care elsewhere now.
I went here for 2 piercings. I was with a friend, we filled out the required paperwork and my friend went in first. The staff member then came out and took another person who was waiting- she didnt realise I was getting piercings too. That part seemed a bit disorganised, however when she realised what she had done the staff member was very apologetic. Anyway, after that initial hiccup things went smoothly, the girl was very professional, explained what she was doing every step of the way, checked to make sure I was ok, was quick with the piercings and took the time to go through the after care properly. There are some cheaper places around however I was really happy with this lady and the job she did. Would go back

I went to have a new piercing done and a new piece of jewellery put in an existing one. They had a special on $30 for body piercing which is the main reason i went there. When i arrived the girl at the counter was chatting to a friend. The shop looks clean enough but does appear a bit shabby and dark.
The girl who did my piercing wasnt rude as such but not friendly either. I was taken into the front room, the door was left open so the people in the waiting room could watch what i was having done. The staff member didnt explain what she was doing, just kind of stuck me in the ear with then needle and shoved the jewellery in. Told me to spray it, then took my money and sent me on my way. Was ok for my $30 but wouldnt be in a hurry to recommend.

The food is usually quite good, however have had numerous experiences when they have sold out of what we want. I understand this can ocassionally happen, however if it's becoming a regular occurance, perhaps it's time to reassess the ordering. Have given up and generally drive to the other one 5 minutes further down the road.
Reasonable deals, so prices are ok. However our pizzas were cut into squares (the way garlic pizzas are usually cut) instead of triangles, making the pizza difficult to eat and it was just odd. My husband called them, and the response was that we need to stipulate if we wanted it cut in triangles....... um ok. We gave them another go, this time stipulating how to cut it (their response- that's how they usually cut it) the pizza was overcooked and dry.
Wont be returning.

Such a friendly professional service. Waxing, massages, I have not had a bad experience. So happy to support a small, local business!
