Magic City has a Restaurent Cafe area - fat squat banquettes, natural fibre lamp shades, light and views thru fabulous metal framed windows, an open fire and bare tables - and a bar area with dark wood, a marble-topped bar and brick walls. Magic City is one cool place, a modern restaurant with an Asian spine that could have popped up in just about any inner suburb of Melbourne. Asian-based cooking with Western touches is employed here. I love the food adn wine. The service is always prompt, friendly and the waiters know the menu! Magic City's offerings are simple and well made, and if you like the feel of warmth of others when you eat, this is the place to be.

I found out about this hairdresser on the notice board at the local swimming pool. My son need a haircut so I tried her. She was great. $10 for kids cuts and she has a salon set up at her home. She can cut ladies and mens hair as well. Always friendly and provides a good service and value for money. Ste works on her own so apointments are necessary.

I have taken both sons here to have their hearing tested as deafness is on one side of the family. They have always been professional, courtesy and efficient. Plenty of parking off the street inside the grounds. Pleasant waiting area with large fish tank for the kids to look at. Thney don't muck around witht eh hearign test, as kids do not sit for too long. Always friendly.

Loved this place. Have eaten here a number of times and never disappointed with the meal, service or value for money. The even made room for two friends with babies and prams on the night we went. I love Indian food and suggest ordering a few dishhes to share.

Greta Little restaurant amongest all the others locally. Has seating out the front, inside, a courtyard and smalls room for a functions or larger numbers. Food was great, the flavour and colours were wonderful. Servings on a set menu for $35.00 a head, was very small. Some friends left hungry. The waiting between each meal was a little long as well. Good selection on the wine menu and two ATM's are near by as well if you forgot the cash.

Great service, friendly, speedy and professional. Courtesy car provided as well. RACV repairer. All work undertaken on site, my car took five working days. Car looked like new after my accident. Even fitted the kids car seats into courtesy car and back into mine. Always kept you informed and up-to-date on progress. Derek, customer service representative is friendly and helpful. We have used them in the past (family) and we will use them again, lets hope no more accidents. Close to public transport, Canterbury Station and buses, so getting there and back is easy.

Always stop in when I pass this shop. Great store layout, easy access for prams. I love the cards they have. Starting from $1.00 for many kinds(birthday, engagement, 21st, in sympathy & plain) to more expensive $6.95. This is home wear, gift shop, childrens gifts, books a bit of everything. You just might find something you're looking for that hard to buy person. Service is great always smile.

Lovely little bakery cafe. There is chain of them all over Melbourne. This one is small in size but does have outdoor seating available in the arcade. A couple of comfy chairs are in the window and if you can grab them early, you can sit in the sun reading the paper or magazine. A variety of sweet and savory treats aviable to buy as well as coffees and cold drinks. Grab a buttery croissant and keep shopping or sit and watch the other shoppers go buy, just like in France.

Great cafe for the chocoholics in your life or just yourself! Wondeful place to grab a coffee, chocolate treat or sit down and try some fine chocolate mouse. There are mountains of chocolates to try and buy and the limited menu has something chocolate for everyone. The couches are great down the back as you can pull up a pram or your shopping. Plenty of tables and seats as well. Service is always impeccable. Toilets accessible for everyone.

A great selection of toys from babies up wards. Hundreds of new toys, some big brand clothes and accessories. I like this store as it offered me variety for my baby son and a three year old. Stimulating toys to develop young minds is my big thing. Yoyu are guaranteed to have fun with the selction on offer. They ahev the favourites and traditional classics as well. They aslo have kids hairdresser at the back of the store, bookings essential.
