The sales technique at Smile Bar is extremely forceful and uncomfortable. I was unsure about purchasing the 1 hour service, however after the Smile Bar representative told me to my face that if I purchased the service today I could still think about it and if I wanted to, come back for a full refund. This turned out to be a complete lie because after I made the purchase I saw printed on the bottom of their receipt a statement 'no refunds for change of mind'. I questioned this with the representative on the same day however they just sent to email the head office. The head office was not helpful, did not consider my case and then did not reply fully to my emails. I felt mislead, misinformed, disappointed and no refund was provided for a service I no longer want.
