This review is for Pittwater Pharmacy, Mona Vale NSW

They are very helpful and friendly at this pharmacy, and they do compounding of prescriptions you might not get elsewhere. A small downside is that there is no ramp into the shop, and there are 2 steps, so it is difficult with a pram.

The coffee at this pie shop is great, and they have mini muffins for 50c to go with it. There are tables with umbrellas, perfect to sit with a newspaper on a good weather day.

This bakeries has great pies and much cheaper than most other pie shops. They also make sandwiches to order.

This review is for T2 Tea, Hornsby NSW

I often go to Westfield Hornsby just to go to T2 cafe. They have such a large selection of teas, that it is hard to chose, but if you ask the staff for a suggestion, they will know just what to give you to try. The toasted sandwiches are great, but for a real treat go for the high tea options.

This review is for Mobys, Whale Beach NSW

The location at Mobys is awesome. The meals are expensive, but excellent and the service is fantastic. They have a great offer when it is your birthday. Make sure you go before it gets dark, to enjoy the gorgeous view over the ocean.

This cafe is great new find for me. It is a furniture shop, with tables scattered throughout, serving fantastic coffee. It is near Mona Vale beach, but does not actually have sea views. There are indoor, or outdoor tables, but no real space for large prams. There is a breakfast, or lunch menu. I love the walnut fruit toast with ricotta and fruit compote! I keep returning over and over just for that, with a coffee of course.

This review is for Cafe Piazza, Brookvale NSW

The coffee at this cafe is one of the best I have tasted. There is plenty of space for big prams, trolleys, etc, which one does not always get in a shopping centre. They have a great array of yummy cakes too.

This review is for Bambooty Cloth Nappies, Bondi Junction NSW

verified email - 28 Jul 2012

I bought 3 Bambooty nappies at a great price, and initially I thought they were pretty good. But after only 4 months, the elastics failed completely. I phoned the office, and Anita was very helpful and polite, and told me that whilst the guarentee on the elastics was only 3 months, she would replace the nappies for me. She said that she had no stock of those ones at the time, and would send me more when they arrived. I never heard from the business again. I sent an email a while later to remind her, and still never heard a work more. This is very disappointing from the business, with a very disappointing product.

This review is for Green Kids, Perth WA

verified email - 28 Jul 2012

I bought 8 Green Kids nappies when my son was born. They are a bit big for newborns, being quite chunky between the legs, but they generally work pretty well. There are plain, or minky fabrics that are lovely and fluffy to the touch. However, after 3 years, I now have a second bub, and the nappies have all "relaxed" their elastic so much that they are not really useful any more. I saved some money using them on one bub, but they are not going to go the distance for a second bub.

This review is for Waterfront Cafe, Church Point NSW

The location is just brilliant for this cafe and restaurant. You have to order in the cafe, and pay each time, so if you having a meal and then deserts and coffees afterwards, that would mean paying separately each time, which is a bit annoying. You can buy wine in their bottle shop and then drink it at the tables at no corkage charge. The meals are good, and served at the tables. It is always popular, so its a good idea to book a table before going.
