The coffee is great at this sandwich shop, and the price is still only $3, which is one of the lowest around. The staff are really friendly too.

The Newport Arms is set in a fantastic location- you cannot go wrong here on a good weather day. They have a playground for the kids, so its an ideal family pub. The meals are expensive for a pub, and pretty average, but it is still worth the while for the views. You can often get Buy One Get One Free vouchers.

The muffins here are fantastic, and they have a big selection, including low fat options. The coffee is not my favourite but it is ok, and they have a generous clipcard that gives a free coffee after every 4 purchased. The restaurant is quite small though, and I cannot easily get my large pram in there. One of the best things here is the friendly staff.

The Three Beans Cafe is located next to the children's play area and I think they rely too much on near-guaranteed trade that they don't have to try very hard here. The coffee tasted ok, and there is plenty of room for prams. However, I also ordered a muffin and it never arrived at all. I got my money back for it when I left. The staff do not really seem to care much, they just go through the motions.

I love these pearl milk teas, and not many places offering that are close to me. I do find the teas a bit expensive, but the service is quick and friendly. I like that you can adjust the level of sugar and of ice in your drink.

This is the biggest bottle store I have ever seen. Their prices are great too, especially if you buy over 6 bottles of wine. They do price match too. They even have wine tastings on certain days.

This is classy high tea, served with sparkling wine if you so desire. There is a choice of at least 10 different scones each day, either on its own, or on a 3 tiered rack together with other high tea nibbles. The tea itself is served in beautiful chinaware. The high tea is quite expensive, but they usually have some specials which are better value for money. The whole experience hoowever, is worth the while.

I love these cupcakes. There is a great choice, and although they are a bit expensive, the coffees are cheap if bought together with a cupcake. I always like to get a coffee and cupcake and sit at their counter watching the world go by.

There are some great kitchen bargains to be bought here. Don't try to take your pram in though, it is a very tight squeeze in the shop.

These guys have kept up well with the cheap dvd hire-vending machines and are competitively priced. After a certain number of rentals they give you movies for $2.50 for a month too.
