From the moment I rang them to ask to quote for 'Plantation Shutters' (as they are a sponsor on 96.3 Coast FM) the mannerism over the phone is gruff and comes across as 'non caring'. I still made the appointment. On the day they were meant to quote I arranged an annual leave day so I'd be home all day. 20mins before the scheduled appointment, I went to hang my washing out on the line in the backyard. I was only gone from the house 5mins. When I went back inside there was a missed call & voicemail message on my mobile. It was Kincumber Blinds Driver just saying 'hello' and hung up. So I rang back and he said 'he'd been & gone'. I replied how? I have been home all day and only ducked out the back for 5mins. My dogs would have barked their heads off if he had of come to the door. He only got to the gate, tried my mobile and left. He didn't even come to the front door. I then rang the office to complain and the lady with attitude said the driver said I wasn't home. I told her he didn't even bother to knock on the door. He just got to the front gate & left. I didn't bother going any further and getting them to quote again. The whole experience with Kincumber Blinds was unprofessional and very incompetent. I'd never recommend them to anyone after that incident. They basically had the attitude 'they couldn't care less' !!!

My Chelsee loves this doggie daycare centre. Friendly, professional and have a qualified dog trainer to assesses dogs before they are allowed to go so that there are no aggressive dogs on site. Chelsee was a very shy, jumpy not so confident dog but a few weeks in daycare fixed all that. She is put in a class with smaller, quieter dogs to help her build her confidence and the dogs are watched by professional staff all day. They choose what day would suit the type of temperament your dog has so it has a chance to mix with other dogs similar in behaviour.

I have used Gosford Grooming for over 10 years now and always found the owner (Charmaine) & staff very friendly, helpful, professional and above else, Charmaine is trained in dog behaviour and is qualified to know our dogs while she's grooming them. The dogs love her.

The best business on the Coast as far as I'm concerned. Outstanding quality, service, value and will try to fix the problem now matter how small or large. Thinks outside the square to fix things and won't just go and order an expensive part if he can help it. Outstanding small business and I'd rather help out the smaller business than these large companies that rip you off left right and centre.

Although we'd purchased a new brush cutter & blower vac and had our Honda generator serviced from them in the past (so we were very good customers of theirs), we took our 2nd hand ride-on 'John Deer Sabre' into them for servicing. It was working fine when we took it in. Had a phone call a week later to say repairs were blowing out to over $1,000 to get up to scratch and good working order. I wasn't happy but told them to go ahead anyway. Then another week later they rang to say it was blowing out to over $1K to fix. I started to query why when I took it in for a service & it was working? I then had an 'independant professional ride-on mechanic' go out to re-assess the situation. He then told me they had been ripping me off left right and centre and half the stuff didn't need fixing. My independent mechanic saved the day and took the ride-on off them and put it back together. He told me it would have cost me no more than $200 max for a few parts and service. Needless to say I had to still pay $862.00 and it was in bits! As soon as I started quering them, they became defensive and treated me appallingly on the phone. Don't use Gosford Mowers is the moral to this story!

Excellent deep tissue remedial massage with great healing energy & Reiki if required. Excellent value for money as a lot charge astronomically over the top prices. I've been to many massage therapists but for the price & her healing hands, I keep going back at least twice a month to keep many body ailments at bay.
