Had chronic spinal issues for the last 25 years,
Been to quite a few physio clinics for diagnosis, treatment and management
Decided to give this a go as was down near garden city shopping centre with female friend who had to go for physiotherapy.
Found the physio friendly n easy to chat to. Value n quality was average as I did not feel much change or benefit after 3 treatment sessions. Had to travel a fair way to them in high traffic... Probably stick to a clinic closer to home

Very good and convenient location, very visible, located in medical centre.
Downside is immense lack of carpark space as there are so many medical services in that building.
With seniors like us, parking in the shopping centre car park is sometimes very inconvenient
Overall satisfied with level of treatment.
Customer service can be improved, sometimes felt quite rushed

Nice ambience, clean, quiet.
Good range of sandwiches & cakes.
Coffee was average
Service was good.
Nice place to hang out
Should open on Sunday's as the dome there is always crowded

Did a service there from a friend's recommendation.
Service is definitely good, very polite and not pushy.
Value can be improved as the industry is very competitive.
Overall, 8 months on, and no issues...

Rain or shine, just a few clicks... All the stuff u need at your doorstep within 12 hours.
Just a few instances where deliveries came earlier than the time frame we requested. Few broken eggs, but they refund or replace

Did my back in over the weekend after a bout of gardening and spring cleaning. Phoned up for an appointment, receptionist was quite curt, but i turned up anyway. Should have taken that for a warning sign of worse things to come. Physio seemed in a hurry as he had other patients waiting. Wondered if they practice double booking. Fast assessment, and implied I should drop weight. Did some massage and half hearted mobilisations on my back and asked me to come back in a week. Flared up more that night. Next morning was stuck in bed till just before dinner. Missed a day of work. Definitely not going back.
