Mark from Tree Unit was great from the first meeting until the job was done. We had 2 large trees cut down. He did a excellent job for an incredibly competitive price. He was professional and very polite. I would not hesitate to recommend Tree Unit and will definitely use again if required.
I have had a property for 5 years and in that time have had about 4 PMs as I have either felt ripped off by their price or frustrated by their service.
Initially I signed up with Bryan Baker as their were the most price competitive but once I became their client I noticed the difference. The quality of service provided by Anne Baker is outstanding. In the past I had issues with the property/tenant and the process has been quite stressful but Anne has made the process stress free. I am sincerely glad I have found Bryan Baker Property Management, they have made things so much easier (and cheaper too).
