I am describing Kmart auto, not Kmart the store. I am a mechanically minded person and I'm fussy about who works on my cars> I try to do most of the maintenance myself, but when i have to farm it out, Kmart auto have always done a good job at a good price.
I like the way they give you a survey card so you can rate their work, then you send it in to the head office, so most of the surveys would be honest, then they get accurate feedback about the work done, and adjust their processes accordingly. Good honest mechanics are hard to find, Kmart auto were a pleasant surprise!

good fresh juice, very american-ish. I feel there should be more australian influenced juices and the australian factor should be promoted more. I had the feeling i was supporting an american cause and not an australian one.
