I had an old VHS tape in which I played very rarely. I wanted it placed on a DVD disk for safe keeping. In picking up the disk, from Memories 2 Disk. I found the people to be very friendly & explained to me in simple language that could be understood. Upon receiving the DVD, & taking it home to be played. It was done PERFECT. I HIGHLY recommend Memories 2 Disk for any conversions. I will be back for more work to be done in the future.
