This is a typical Vietnam Resturant, with plenty to pick from on the menu. It was busy at lunch time , with what looked like locals, so food must be pretty good, and it was. Nice and tasty and the noodle soup was nice and hot. Being on the tram line and not far from station it is easy to get to. And the prices was excellent, and staff friendly.
A great little place to purchuse your batteries of all shapes and sizes. Even if its only a little battery, they have it, or are willing to chase it up. They will swap the battery over and make sure the new one is working in what ever it belongs in. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Being out of the main shopping area there is parking at front door.
Prices vary here from week to week, but they always have a big weekly special , advertised out the front. Bins are always well stocked and staff are helpful. Plenty of packing out the side , or in front.
You are able to purchuse just about any fruit or vegies here, there is a great variety at a reasonable cost. European breads also available. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Great service from attendent on register. Big clean service station with plenty of pumps and open 24 hours. The usual groceries and newspapers available. A.T.M here. Being on a corner block, easy to get in and out of.
Big Bistro with plenty to pick from on the menu , with daily lunch time specials. There is a smaller room which would be suitable for parties or small weddings. Open 7 days a week, with sports bar and drive through Bottle shop.
Situated right on the roundabout , next to the big windmill and public toilets. This lovely cafe has friendly service , Great pies and pasties, or a light lunch and lovely cakes and coffee. Inside or outside dining. It also has a stand with lots of tourist information. Plenty of parking for Caravans nearby.
Stayed 3 nights, and in a perfect location, stones throw to supermarket and can walk to everything else, dont have to take car out. Nice clean up to date rooms with nice white sheets and fluffy doonas. On main road , but very quiet. Love the idea of the Kitchen/ sitting room where you can cook and socialize afterwards. Electric frypans, saucepans, hot plates and microwave and all cooking gear available.Nice heated swimming pool and spa indoors very inviting. Owners very friendly.
A old pub with that real English Feel. Open Fires, a few smaller rooms and a larger one and beer garden. Friendly staff, and good , tasting food. Plenty on menu and a few daily specials. Right in the middle of main street.
A very old hotel which has been done up very well, a large dining room and several smaller rooms. Went for dinner on a cold Wednesday night, and there were numerous groups of people eating, which was good considering the night. Plenty to pick from on the menu, and you are able to order half serves. It is extra to have sauces on certain dishes, but still a reasonable price. There is a salad and vegie bar, and bread rolls which you help yourself to. Service was quick and the waitress were happy and helpful about history on the hotel. Right on the foreshore so may get very busy at times, so a booking may be helpful. Accommodation upstairs and pokies also available. Very pleasant evening.
