My parents used Red carpet removals a couple of weeks ago to move into a retirement village. Sam JR & Sam SNR the brothers were sensitisational. Treated mum & dad as if they were their best own parents. I have so much respect for these 2 guys, very cheerful & just super super helpful. Absolutely the best service I have encountered from any trades people. They even surprised mum with a delivery of flowers 5 days later with a note congratulating them both on a happy settlement. Will certainly recommend without a doubt. I actually took notes on their customer service to implement into my own business. Incredible!
