Ordered two drinks. A beer and a southern and coke. $35 and after paying I was told they had no southern comfort. My partner then got a kahlua and milk. No suggestion it cost less. Not impressed. They told me after I queried the prices the Carlton draught was on special for happy hour at $5. Shame there were no signs and they didn't tell me earlier.

Useless, also trades now as Urban Edge conveyancing. I endorse everything the other two people have said. Late with documents, overcharges at the end of the process. also I'm still $60k out of pocket due to their absolute incompetence 8 days after settlement. Don't go anywhere near them.

The service is usually very good, can be slow when new people are on however that's the same anywhere.

Overall we find the food is authentic and lovely.

Higly recommend the vindaloos and the fish tikka.

We have eaten here a number of times and the food while OK is not really Indian. It's more spicy stew than curries. The owner can be a bit of a bully and try to upsell you to more expensive dishes.

His wife who serves is lovely.

They handled the sale of my home. Very slow to respond. Hard to get hold of. They got the owners names wrong and the address. Such basic information.

They then told the other parties solicitors to give our deposit from their trust fund to the bank instead of paying it to us.

They were regularly slow and drove the purchasers and their solicitor and bank crazy.

Sent me a final invoice email with no attachment and I'm still waiting for the detailed invoice now two days after settlement. They took the money out for it quickly enough.

Then finally they promised to bank the proceeds of the sale that day and didn't end up banking them unti I got fed up and chased them up the following day.

They originally told me the wrong settlement date and when they didn't turn up we all found out which meant the payout figure was out by a days interest. My bank manager then reminded them to rebook the settlement which they failed to do and rocked up the next day to everyones surprise.

They use Google Adwords and rate at the top as they pay to get there but based on my experience I wouldn't touch them.

I have bought and sold 12 houses and this is my worst experience ever. I never had this much trouble with all the other properties combined.

They say buyer beware.
