My comment relates to the JP Adelaide store, which closed down in the middle of this year and is where I had bought 2 dining chairs a few months earlier. I had been very impressed with the JP store; the designs, fabrics and colours were gorgeous. The chairs I chose are a little bit quirky but stylish and I chose a beautiful red leather. I justified the high price of the chairs to myself as I really loved them but I have not been happy with followup service that falls under the warranty.
