Paid asking price for an older model vehicle after being told that I didn't need to get a vehicle inspection done on the vehicle as the dealership warranted their vehicles. Discovered the touch screen didn't work and after an unpleasant conversation with a rude receptionist was told that radios aren't covered under warranty - the touch screen is faulty not the radio unit and the unit contols maps and is linked to the reverse camera. The touch screen not working impacts all the controls and the service manager Dave Carroll has taken over 4 months wasting my time making me get quotes while Keema still send me promotional emails about getting $1000 fuel vouchers if I purchase a vehicle from them - the quote they got for the replacement part was a little over this and after getting a second quote in my own time he can't even be bothered to respond. Keema are a bunch of scam artists who have nothing better to do than rip people off and then ignore the warranties their sales staff commit to at the time of sale.

Received no communication about gym closing due to COVID-19 and as I had cancelled my membership with only a few payments to go didn't give it any thought. Suddenly post COVID-19 they took money unexpectedly out of my account- when I queried it I was told it was my final payment and if I wished to utilize the gym I had 2 additional weeks. I wasn't happy as this put me into overdraft and cost me additional fees as I was not expecting the payment to come out and have also been impacted by COVID-19. My total disbelief came when they took out another payment 2 weeks later after telling me I owed no more - when I called the lady I spoke too said I was all up to date and the payment shouldn't have come out so she would get someone to call me later to sort it out. That person then turned around to say the person I spoke too was incorrect and that this was definitely my last payment. I asked her to send me an email to confirm this and after not receiving it sent an email query only to receive a rude response that also failed to supply any explanation other than members had received email and SMS notifications - had I been advised I wouldn't have been put into overdraft by an unexpected payment being taken from my account
