My wife paid $22k asking price for an older model vehicle (2013) after being told that she didn't need to get a vehicle inspection done on the vehicle as the dealership warranted their vehicles. Discovered the touch screen didn't work within 3 months and after an unpleasant conversation with a rude receptionist was told that radios aren't covered under warranty - the touch screen is faulty not the radio unit and the unit contols maps and is linked to the reverse camera. The touch screen not working impacts the controls and the service manager Dave Carroll has taken over 4 months wasting her time making her get quotes for unsuitable replacements through SuperCheap and other places while Keema still sends her promotional emails about getting $1000 fuel vouchers if she purchases another vehicle from them - the quote they got for the replacement part was a little over this and after getting other quotes in her own time he can't even be bothered to respond. He had also reportedly dodged calls from the car dealership he commissioned to diagnose the vehicle. Keema rip people off and then ignore the warranties their sales staff commit to at the time of sale. Don't trust them especially Dave Carroll or Joachim

Approximate cost: $22000

Absolutely horrific experience with this dealership! Simply too many issues to list but range from being promised delivery of my brand new $ 73 000 vehicle at the end of May 2019 to it arriving in mid September with a paint defect on the door and parts missing. It took months of frustration to get the missing parts with unreturned calls and a dealer principal with whom it was impossible to speak.

I had electrical issues with the vehicle - warning lights and alarms going off and I must have taken the vehicle back at least 4 times - on one occasion they kept it for weeks and the issues were never full resolved. During that time I was forced to either pay for the insurance on the loan vehicle or I had to pay for it myself.

I last had any dealings with this outfit in November 2020 when I was still trying to get an issue resolved - I collected my vehicle after they'd had it for a few days (again) and was told a spare part had been ordered from Melbourne and it should be there within a couple of days and they'd call me as soon as it arrived. I'm still waiting...

Avoid this place like the plague! This is the worst business I've ever had dealings with.

We took our Hyundai into this business to have a couple of problems looked at. They were AMAZING and their service is the best we have ever come across. They repaired the automatic gearbox and one of the door locks very promptly and with great service from the desk , mechanical service & management which was probably the BEST vehicle experience which we have ever had. Recommend to everyone.

Well lucky you. I have been in there 3 times to buy a car. Talked to 3 different sales people and they told me I didnt have enough money earned to even buy a car. I had 2 to trade and they didnt know what I had in the bank. 2 times is bad enough but after 3.... They are useless and I wouldnt waste my time on them. So went and bought a top of the range holden commodore. These people suck....

Hi Corolyn1. I added our review regarding their "Service Dept." I have not had any dealings with them regarding buying a vehicle from them. Sounds like you've had some bad experiences on several occasions. If I were you I would contact the sales manager or preferably go in there to demand to see him and he might have to wake his ideas up - I realize that you have now bought another vehicle from someone else and these franchises along with other lenders now have to adhere to certain criteria for people to be able to repay loans, but it does sound by your comments that you were not treated in the proper manner. I would certainly in your position be trying to get some satisfaction as per the person in control of their sales division who sounds a bit inadequate.

Tried to buy a used around two year old car from them, had the dollars ready and was a serious buyer, the springwood yard seemed ok but depended who you talked to, each sales men gave different opinions on what deals could be done, the Mt Gravatt yard was a shocker, a salesman there told me that all the cars i was looking at approx 16 of one model had been sold, the web site differed, but could be out of date all the sudden (this salesman had been suggesting a new smaller car for the same price), so i gave the benefit of the doubt, when i was passing the yard a few days later and noticed the cars i was looking at in there, i stopped to look, a different salesman confirmed the cars i was looking at were in fact as the web site listed in the yard and there other yards. After buying a car else where i sent an e-mail outlining this situation and didn't even get a reply. the younger guys at the springwood yard appeared the more straight forward and helpful, (35-40 ish).
