After trying out the food at the same restaurant in La Trobe, we went to this particular restaurant for a change of scenery.

This is a spacious restaurant with lots of seating available.

we both ordered a stone bowl which is served on a piece of wood ... best part is that your meal stays warm. its a delicious blend of meat, cucumber, fried egg, carrot and other thin slice vegies
Priced at $11 its a good hearty lunch and good value

the menu looks appealing with lots of other Korean specialties

I went to this place for lunch on the recommendation of a friend.

I attended on a weekday for lunch and saw a good menu of an array of delicious dishes to choose from.

I chose a souvlaki which was filled with hot chips, delicious tender meat which melted in your mouth and salad. it was not that big in size but full of flavours

Staff were pleasant in taking my order and did not keep me waiting long for my lunch!

We came here for lunch recently with work colleagues and between all us, we had noodle bowls which were filled with vermicelli noodles, pork, vegie and a sauce and baguettte rolls with various fillings.

certainly a quick and easy lunch for about $10 each ...

my noodle bowl was tasty and filling. the flavours of the coriander and the sauce were lovely ...

for an extra $5 you get a drink and 2 spring rolls (i was little disappointed that spring rolls were cold and certainly been cooked well in advance)

the place gets busy during lunch hour when we were there and the staff were quite busy serving customers and preparing the order they were time poor to clean some of the tables

When you are a mummy to a toddler ...... you seem to discover the best play centers around. Junior and I had a play date recently with a fellow mum and found it to be a clean and fun place for the kids to run about.

there's an indoor climbing structure which is good for older kids but that did not stop my toddler from climbing up and exploring.

there is a toddler area with a ball pit which is handy for the little ones

cafe has a selection of meals which are very reasonable price of the usual kiddie favourite hot chips, nuggets etc which come in a meal deal for about under $10. my child's meal was freshly cooked and he even got a bonus chocolate.

the manager is friendly and helpful

we dined here recently and were very pleased with the attentive service by the staff. they were very welcoming and always had a warm smile which is appreciated
the food was delicious, we shared a red curry which had a generous portion of prawns and an assortment of vegies. my only suggestion is i wish it was slightly more spicy!
we had a stir fry dish with oyster sauce vegies and prawns which was lovely and plenty for 2 people to enjoy

lovely restaurant with nice modern decor!
parking is outside but can be hard to find if you go on a saturday night!

On first appearances its certainly not a flash restaurant in terms of decor but after walking past a few times and noticing the crowds outside on the foothpath waiting for their take away orders or to dine in ..... well something has to be good about it right? Finally recently on a weekday lunch break I got there when it wasn't too busy and managed to be seated.

Staff were so prompt, i barely sat down and there was a welcoming pot of hot tea on the table and a menu handed to me ... moments later another staff ready to take my order.

i ordered a egg noodle dish with bbq pork and vegies which was plentiful and generous and tasted really good ... not very oily which was good. Plenty of meat and vegies in my plate and it was covered in a light sauce

The meals are about $10 or so which is good value and definitely a generous portion too.

Now I know why there are queues out to get a lunch here .... get there before the 1pm rush is my suggestion!

I was told about this place by a colleague so last week during busy lunch rush I decided to try a borek. When I arrived it was already busy which usually means people know how good the food is.

There are a range of boreks on offer that day with different fillings, priced at $3 each or 2 for $5 you cannot go wrong for a delicious and freshly baked lunch I say!

Service is excellent, the staff are very efficient in taking orders, warming up the boreks or pides in the oven. I barely waited 5 minutes for mine.

as i was waiting i was chatting to the young lady whose family has been running the business for many years and was pleased to hear that I was going write a review on WOMO!

This city restaurant appears to be popular at lunch times .... and was quite bustling when we attended recently.

We had the "lunch specials" which are priced between $10 and $13. We all had different dishes including noodles, rice and soups
our group was quite happy with their choice and best of all service was quite quick as we had limited time to eat and run back to work

nice restaurant .. happy to recommend!

Definitely a cheap and cheerful place to grab lunch or dinner at this place. I tried a noodle dish with bbq pork and it was delicious, it was a very generous portion on my plate! my only suggestion would be too add more vegies.

i ordered spring rolls which came as an entree size of 3 medium sized with a small dish for dipping sauce.

next time i will stick to a main only as it was too filling having both items

in any event, good variety of Asian dishes and there is a sushi bar too for eat in or take out

i paid about $14 for my meal which was excellent value

staff were polite and very cautious to ensure they got my order right when i asked no onion.

Approximate cost: $12

A very busy food outlet within Emporium, the restaurant has its own seating which is handy.

There are cook to order meals or otherwise you can have a selection from the bain marines of various curries served with rice.

i ordered a Thali with 3 choices of curries (lots to choose from including meats, chicken and veg) with rice and naan ($15)
the curries were delicious full of flavours and the spicy one i chose was just right on the palate

staff were friendly and smiling when I took my order and offering me advice as to the hotness of the curry to make sure im comfortable

happy to recommend!!
