These guys are great if you're doing a bathroom renovation. They used to sell direct to tradies, but decided to open up a shop and sell - at the same trade-prices - to the public. They're really helpful, will talk you through your options, and best of all have great prices to go with great quality products. If they don't have something on site/display but you have seen it somewhere else they're happy to get it in - they have contacts with all of the main providers (and can tell you the pros and cons about them from an insiders perspective that some of the other places - like Swan or Reece - wouldn't tell you!).

I am appalled at the service provided by staff at Reece. We recently did a complete bathroom renovation and, even though they're just around the corner from us, we made a vow to NEVER buy anything from the store after our first visit. They were rude and insulting.

This restaurant serves authentic South Indian food that is declicious and cheap. They have buffet lunches and a buffet on Tuesday nights but we actually prefer to go in and order off the menu.

The dosas, uttapams and vadais are just like in India. They also serve great thalis (meals) for vegetarians and carnivores :)

This veterinary clinic is the best I have come across. Our cat was hit by a car last year and she managed to drag herself home after 11pm. We called Leo's clinic and he was happy to come in to the clinic to meet us and receive her. They took great care of her and the cost was great (about $400 for the late night admission, spending nearly a week in the clinic, resetting her fractured pelvis, a few follow up visits, and medications etc.).

We now get our dog's toe-nails clipped there and they often do not charge (or don't charge the full price), which is great!

They don't charge for follow-up visits if your pet is under ongoing care at the clinic for the same medical problem - they only charge for treatments... the way veterinary care should be!

They offer pensioner discounts as well.

My car broke down just up the road from this car yard, so by chance I found that they do really honest car servicing/repairs. We now go there for all of our car service requirements.
