This is the second pre purchase house inspection Andrew has performed for our family and each time he has found faults we did not see which has allowed us to cancel the contracts saving us a lot of expensive repairs down the track. Money well spent I believe. We are looking for house number 3 for Andrew to inspect. Read the other reviews as they say it all.
