It's my 1st time I have purchased an online product, luggage direct were great. Website was so easy to use, lots of product to choose from, I purchased 2 bags for our European trip and they made our trip so much easier, as we were travelling on and off trains and through old city streets with rough surfaces.
The bags were light and had big wheels and had lots of storage space. The bags arrived to us well packed and we were able to track delivery from start to finish.
In summary - great website, images and description of products clear and helpful and large range to choose from.
Very happy and will use again - for sure!!
