I have used Westlock Security for 20 years at three houses plus a business. Craig is an amazing locksmith but the work Lee has done is not to the same standard. I paid them to re-key my whole house just 12 months ago and for them to create a custom pet door insert keyed to the same key. Craig did a fantastic job, however when the lock seized last week I was quoted $175 (parts and labour) to have a new lock installed. Lee did the work and left metal waste everywhere (not good when I have two dogs) plus he stated he decided not to key it alike and left the door on a separate key to every other lock in the whole house. When I contacted them they said he had to rush of part-way through the job for a personal emergency so he came back today and re-keyed it, then removed existing lock brackets which are still required for no reason and without my consent. And I got invoiced $225 (even after a 10% loyalty discount). Twenty years as a customer, but never again.
