Easy to deal with at first when booking. On the day they arrived several hours early without warning, luckily I was ready. The movers were friendly enough.

Somehow I was charged $25 for toll roads when there were none between the addresses, be sure to clarify not to use tolls (and to avoid other charges for things such as tape).

The goods arrived marked and scuffed, the movers dumped their rubbish on the lawn in front of our house, and any attempts for a clarification for the toll charge from the company fell upon deaf ears.
