I have had reception problems with our aerial for the last 9 months (Installed by another company). I contacted Richard on Sunday who rang me back straight away. He had someone available to investigate on Tuesday. We agreed on Wednesday and Ivan came to our house, investigated the issue and came up with a reasonable solution which they were able to implement on the Thursday. I finally have decent reception and can watch the football. Richard - appreciate the fast turnaround and the reasonable pricing.
