The RACQ road side service is an added extra and charged to your card (we were charged twice). The vehicle was tidy and clean. The customer service area was busy and we had to wait a while to be attended to. They have a free bus service to the nearby airport with a very pleasant driver. The initial fee when I booked online was added to with extras and I was told the insurance I had prior purchased didn't cover the vehicle. The initial quoted price was almost doubled.

We have been with ASG for a number of years and are now reaping the benefits. We get a cheque every year to put into our sons education. We opted for the secondary option not tertiary. It has really helped us out. The fellow who saw us (many years ago) was very nice and helpful. I didnt feel any pressure to join. We havent had any complaints at all.

Cant praise this service enough, Eileen the physio has given my husband a chance at getting back on his feet. Very positive and supportive staff.

Caltex Bolivar have the best chips, the only problem is the bags are too big and the chicken salt only goes on the top ones. The shop area is well stocked with convenience food. Tis a Popular stop.

Nothing wrong with this BigW store, the staff are always helpful, the store is clean and tidy. There is always something to look at. The only negative I have come across is that with the self service I have purchased items with a security tag and forgotten to get it taken off, they have always taken it off for me when I have returned. It is a bit annoying having to go back to the store for this, my fault sometimes but their security system must be pretty slack.

I love the coffee at Michels. Service is good. They are friendly and try and make you feel special. The seating isnt as comfortable as it could be.

I was always a big supporter of the Lyell McEwin, I worked there myself years ago. My partner was in there for a few months recently and I was very disappointed with the standard of nursing care. Most of the nurses are quite nice people but they really need a shake up of their basic nursing skills.

I used a 4 week promo through the local automobile club to try quickflix. Following the 4 weeks quickflix automatically debited my paypal account for another month subscription without my authorisation. I continued using quickflix for that month during that time I suspended my subscription as I went on holidays but they still sent some DVD's I had to return them before watching them or the suspension didnt stand. These DVD's were included in my count for the month. I emailed them about this but didnt get any reply. Overall its been disappointing, their customer service is poor the dvd's are usually in good nick and the return system operates fairly well.

I took my daughter there after she fell of a horse, the nursing staff triaged her incorrectly and expected her to go home after the xray, she had a fracture which needed fixing, and was sent to the WCH, where she was triaged appropriately and seen to straight away. A GHS we were given a bill for the xray but werent told before hand that we would be charged so I refused to pay it.

I have been going to the same dentist for many years and wouldnt change. While the price is expensive I think its the same anywhere. Great service and friendly staff.
