I had contacted Luggage Direct re an issue of price matching on a travel shoulder bag. The customer service officer emailed me to confirm the matching and to let me know to contact him directly to purchase the item. He was most helpful on the phone and said he would dispatch the item immediately. This was Tuesday 14 April. I could not believe it when the the item arrived the next day
