Tony impressed me with his immediate reply to my initial inquiry and was able to quote over the phone. My decision to use Tony and PackMen was based on his professionalism and flexibility to fit with my move. We had a pre-pack with two efficient movers who helped with the kitchen, garage and shed, and other rooms in the house as needed. Moving day was hot and humid and we had a 4 bedroom home, garage, shed and home gym to move. Throughout the day, in the heat, the team maintained professionalism and got the job done. Tony suggested ways to save money along the way, and the team were thoughtful in leaving out things that I might need and hadn't thought of. Packmen made the move less stressful and much easier for me. If I move again, I will be using Packmen.

I was very very happy with Fred and the service he gave. Fred rang to let me know he was arriving earlier and asked if that suited me. He was friendly, very professional and no stain was too much for him. He removed stains that I'd long given up on, stains I didn't believe could be removed even one that had appeared to lighten the carpet.

I have only had dry-cleaning of my carpets once before with another company and hadn't been too impressed. However after Fred's dry-clean, I'll never go back to steam cleaning & wet carpets, nor will I use any other company. I will only use Drytron! I found Drytron online, and recognised the name from the vans I see around sometimes. I feel like my carpets are clean and my money well spent. I thank Fred for the extra effort and professionalism he put into my carpets.
