I ordered a Sekonic light meter from this company and paid via PayPal. I took the trouble to email them to ensure that they had the item in stock and was assured by return email that they did. When my order had not progressed after 4 business days from placement I chased them up to find out what was happening. They told me via email that the item had been shipped and they were waiting on the Tracking number so that they could update the order via their website.

When I had still heard nothing after another day I chased them up again and said that I wanted proof that the item was being delivered or I wanted a refund.

Not long after my email I received a generic advice from them saying that the item was out of stock and I could either wait for new stock or request a refund. I requested an immediate refund.

I then received an email from a company representative who apologised for what had happened and said that they hoped it would not deter me from shopping with them in the future.

I can assure you that I would rather eat broken glass than shop with BecexTech again. I hate being lied to as I run my own business and I fully understand that customer service and honesty are critical in business, especially when people have easy access to online reviews.

My lasting impression of dealing with BecexTech is one of frustration, disappointment, and anger at the way they treated me. Caveat Emptor.
