I was pleased with the move in general, although it took more than 7 hours to move a 3 bdr apt to a storage unit less than 10km away. Everything seemed ok and I was considering them for my next 2 moves in one months time, however when I went to sell my washing machine and removed it from the storage unit, I noticed a deep large scratch that went all the way down the front of the machine. I lost $100 from the sale. Now will have to look for other movers who are more careful. Would have got a higher score if not for the damage.
