Quality - ok, quality. The flavouring is good.

Overall - Even though the restaurant is more better and bigger looking then the old one. Reasonable meal, a good place to have a meal, nothing over the top.

Quality - The flavouring should be better, been there 3 times and I don't think Im coming back. Its quite salty or plain salty. Marinating could of been better. Freshness of the food is decent, but the looks can be a bit more appealing.
Service - The staff is friendly and always close by to assist, which is good
Value - I think its expensive, because I am not that satisfied with the food
Overall - Its a big nice modern restaurant, neat, organized, nice views, but the food isn't all that with that price.

Service - Was good, they are always around if you have any inquiries. The waitress are quite friendly and knows the menu well.

Overall - I am happy with the customer service, quality isn't the best but decent. Needs to be a bit cleaner for the restroom.

Service - Young teenager staff, acceptable. The manager is usually there and he always fixes and issues or problem, it was nice to see that.
Value - Prices has gone up a bit, but this Nando deserves it.
Overall - The place can be very busy, usually I make phone orders and they are quite fine with that. Quite happy with how the manager tries to keep everything under control and get everyone to be happy.

Overall - Modern looking restaurant, spacey. They are quite fast with the food, even during busy days the waiting time are reasonable. Bathroom are decent, but over all just a bit more tidying up. Good value. Can taste a bit plain and a bit to much msg .

Quality - Personally I don't think the food is actual authentic vietnamese food. It doesn't really have that proper vietnamese taste. The flavouring needs improvement. It's not bad, but manageable. The quality and the look of the food is decent.

Overall - Needs to be tidier, a lil congested, needs window opened to have a bit of fresh air in there, because there is DIY BBQ meals. The toilet needs to be cleaner and get rid of those violet lights in there.

Serving chinese food.
Quality - I have to say aren't fresh, but they aren't off either. Meal doesn't look that attractive and the taste isn't all spectacular, I have to say ok taste.
Service - The food took a while to serve, approx 15 - 20mins for something that doesn't look like they put much effort. Customer service was alright, but some are unable to communicate well in English.
Value - The price of the food aren't over the top. but can be cheaper, because of its quality.
Overall - The utensil isn't that clean and the place would need to be a bit more organized and cleaner.
