We use Woolworths Supermarket in Melton as our main shopping experience so they get most of our grocery shopping money. Everytime in use this store, the staff seem to be more interested in catching up with store/personal gossip and there is always a delay in being served because i have to wait until they finish their conversation or i am invisible and they don't see me and sometimes they have apologised because they didn't see me at the checkout. I have been a cashier myself and i made it my utmost priority to try and give each customer the absolute shopping experience and although you can't make every customer happy, you can give it your all and try your best and go the extra mile and a smile and friendly attitude is free. I don't want to go to the opposition because their prices are higher. My partner has gone in this store to find a particular product and could find it so when he sort out help, he was told the product was down that aisle and he still could find it and gave up and went to the opposition or told they didn't have a certain product and then he found it. I use to work for Bunnings and their customer service is a State-Of-The-Art experience. I suggest that the area Manager for Woolworths Melton go to Bunnings Melton and take down notes and observe the way they handle each and every customer. They treat customers like they should be treated; like gold. Without customers there is no business. So, Woolworths Melton, if you are going to get my money in the future, i can expect excellent customer service at the very least and treated like a visible person that doesn't want to wait until your conversation with others in finished. Lift your game or i will start shopping at Water Gardens. Customer service is a free and costs nothing. I have many outstanding customer service awards from Bunnings for my time there and if you need tips on what can be changed and what you can do better, you know where to come. Use this info wisely.

My partner and i used this service in February 2012 to move our entire household 75km away. They also offered a cleaning service at our vacating property so we could concentrate on the new home without having to go back and clean up afterward when extremely fatigued after a 35C hot day. Excellent service, very professional, on-time and very friendly. We recommend Shelly Removalists & Storage to anyone and we will be using them in our next move.

This customer feedback service is just great. How many times have you used a business/service and been highly disappointed with how you were treated. Probably plenty of times no doubt. I love leave feedback both positive/negative and leaving other customer's feedback comments/compliments. Fabulous service. Before i use ANYONE gets my money, i look them up on WOMO first and see what other customers have experienced with that company. Awesome idea!!

Stop off to use the toilets and put a few dollars in the pokie machine...then went to get a coffee...the coffee machine was broken and they hadn't allowed any other alternative...no coffee...plenty of hot water, sugar and milk but no coffee...we had a long trip to Melbourne ahead of us and nothing in the town was open that time of night...just wanted a coffee...big letdown...they could have got some coffee from out the back i am sure of...just for an emergency like this...poor service

This review is for McDonald's, Temora NSW

We called into this new McDonald's on our way to Wagga Wagga to order lunch but when we tried to drive in the front entrance off the main road, we then realised that McDonald's had made the driveway "exit only" and we were tooted by other cars, then had to do a U-Turn on a very wide main hwy which was dangerous and drive in the only entrance from the side street which is very dangerous for new comers to the town. Very dumb McDonalds. I ordered a coffee and had to wait 12 minutes and then when i went back inside to get it...because i didn't collect my coffee on the 1st call they then heated my coffee in the microwave. I have a sensitivity to really hot drinks and couldn't drink my coffee for at least 20 minutes. Very busy McDonald's and should have had more staff on in the busy time of the day. Won't stop there next time.

Underwater World is a place to visit to discover the marine life on the Queensland coast. I only gave 3 stars because i have to queue outside for too long and when i wanted a cup of coffee, the cafe had shut at mid afternoon which should have been open right up near closing time...great facility otherwise...don't miss it!!

We stayed overnight in a cabin that had ants in it and the floor in the bathroom was so rotted i was too scared to have a shower. The pillows had hair on them from the previous visitors and the furniture was about 30 years old. About the only good thing was the bed. The main road runs by this place but we didn't hear any of the traffic...too busy sleeping. The area for car parking is so narrow you can't get in and out of the car. But for $92 a night i guess you get what you pay for. Wouldn't stay there again. Very run down.

Approximate cost: $92 for cabin
